Q. Do you carve the designs and lettering in to monuments?
A. Yes, all memorial stones can be carved by designs you select.
Q. Can you ship completed memorials out of state?
A. Yes, we can produce the memorial, carve it with the design you select and ship it to you anywhere in United States.
Q. Do you offer laser engraving service?
A. Yes, we have a full line of laser engraving service available yet our preferable method of design is carving since it has been proven last virtually forever.
Q. What is your guarantee?

Q. What is your average delivery time?
A. Stocked headstones are generally shipped out within 5-7 business days. Special order headstones, please allow 6-8 weeks. Please allow time for carving work if you have selected it.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Upon receiving your order we usually send in for the monument from our cutting facility in 24 hours. So any cancellations need to be done in that period of time. All already carved monuments can not be returned.
Q. What if my memorial is damaged upon delivery?
A. I you have ordered the memorial to be shipped to you, memorials damaged en route from our location to its destination can be returned and replaced as it was originally ordered. Once delivered in good condition and signed for, however, we are not responsible for any damage that may be done by the cemetery or anyone you have sent the memorial (please take pictures, refuse the shipment and state the reason of refusal on bill of lading if memorial is damaged). We will also accept return of any memorial that has an error on our part, that reflects a different design from the design you approved, but if a memorial is made to specifications according to your order, there are no refunds or returns. We may require that a photo be sent to us showing the damage or error before we accept a return of a memorial. Please call us or e-mail us immediately if you encounter a problem upon delivery. We will replace damaged memorials with the same memorial originally ordered.
Q. What payment types do you offer?
A. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa and Master Card.
Q. Will the cemetery accept a memorial purchased from you?
A. Most cemeteries will as long as the headstone meets the cemetery’s rules and regulations for style, color, size, etc. We recommend calling your cemetery for these rules and regulations before you purchase a headstone. If you need assistance with your cemetery regulations you may contact us. If you hire us to install your monument in our installation area we would check the rules and regulations of the cemetery for you, and suggest the monuments that are acceptable.
Q. Can you ship a headstone to a residential address?
A. Yes, but usually shipping to residential address would be more expensive than shipping to commercial address.
Q. Do you carve lettering in foreign languages?
A. Yes as long as you provide us with clear spelling of text you would want us to carve in stone.
Q. What additional costs may occur?
A. Additional fees may include, but are not limited to, cemetery or monument installer’s foundation and installation fees, cemetery plot, lift gate if required at your shipping address, home delivery, etc.
Q. How Do I arrange installation of a headstone, flat marker, or memorial bench?
A. As long as the cemetery is in our installation area we would be glad to install it for you. We service sixty mile area around Chicago land.
As for our out of state customers, some cemeteries will install flat granite markers only and some will install upright granite headstones too. If not, you can contact a local monument dealer or contractor who will arrange to install it for you.
Q. Can I pour the cement foundation myself?
A. Yes, but contact your cemetery first to see if it is allowed.
Q. Can I install the headstone myself?
A. Yes, but we highly recommend that you use someone with experience and specialized equipment to do so.
